What documents are required for player sanctioning?
All players must submit a valid waiver, a birth certificate or passport for age verification, and a recent headshot. These are required for official player card issuance.
Where can I find the official tournament rules?
Our comprehensive 2026 GSG Soccer Events Rulebook is available for download above or through the 'Rules' link in your Playmetrics team portal dashboard.
How do I access the Sanctioning Letter for my club?
Sanctioning letters are issued upon completed event registration and fee payment. You can find them under the 'External Documents' tab in your event portal.
Are guest player waivers acceptable?
Yes, guest players must use the specific 'Guest Waiver Form' and be added to your tournament roster at least 48 hours prior to the first kick-off.
When is the deadline for document uploads?
All waivers and sanctioning documents must be uploaded and verified 7 days before the event starts. Check the '04. TOURNAMENT DOCUMENTS' section for portal access.
